Gramercy Mansion Wedding Photography

Last week we photographed a beautiful wedding at The Gramercy Mansion in Baltimore, MD.  The Gramercy Mansion is a fantastic wedding venue if you’re looking for a fantastic environment.  The rows of fabulous large trees provide a great backdrop for any wedding or special event.  Laura and Lance took full advantage of what The Gramercy Mansion had to offer on a lovely spring day.  These two just seemed to be taking it all in, enjoying their wedding day to the fullest.

Gaithersburg Marriott Washingtonian

Today we had the opportunity to photograph a wedding at the beautiful Gaithersburg Marriott Washingtonian in Gaithersburg, MD.  Before heading over to Washingtonian we began the day at Gaithersburg Marriott Hotel, where the Bride was getting ready for her big day. It is always an honor to photograph the wedding of  inspirational couples.  Sarah and Michael are two individuals whom are so in love and content which supersedes any obstacles which they may encounter in life.  It actually RAINED on their wedding day, as  a matter of fact throughout the entire day!!  We believe that rain on your wedding day can be a sign of good luck.  It rained on our wedding day and we have been blessed with a wonderful marriage.  This couple had a great attitude despite the rain and their wedding was so much fun to be a part of.  Their positive attitude towards life’s sense of humor will be a great asset for a wonderful and happy marriage.

The Cloisters Lutherville, Maryland

Yesterday we photographed a wedding and a relatively new venue, The Cloisters in Lutherville, MD  The Cloisters is a beautiful farm venue with a large red barn and vintage vehicles.  Photographing a wedding at The Cloisters really take you back to simpler times.  As far as Rachel and Brandon,  they truly fit the bill at The Cloisters.   A beautiful couple with a vintage flair really made The Cloisters something special.

Walter Johnson High School Bethesda, MD

We had the honor of photographing one of the sweetest high school seniors, Sarah.

Crazy fun couple! Linda and Diego from the Washington D.C. area give new meaning to playful.  So sweet and so carefree.  These two have a lifetime of fun and games to look forward to, and easy with the head butt’s Linda:)

Synchronized Swim Team

What more can you say when you take on an assignment like this one? The girls Synchronized Swimming Team from the Washington D.C. area are some of the sweetest young ladies one could ever meet.  High energy?  Sure.  Full of life?  Of course.  We’re photographers, not swimming experts, but these are some of the best water treaders these eyes have ever seen.  Seriously though, what a great bunch.  The cooperation that we received was unmatched, thanks ladies for making our job so easy.

The Cloisters Castle

It is always a treat to have the opportunity to photograph two lovely people start their lives as husband and wife. To experience  Jessica and Ryan starting their lives together looked and felt like a real life fairytale. Sure,  The Cloisters Castle in Lutherville Maryland can certainly give you a feeling of a fairytale, from the stone old world exterior to the larger than life cylindrical turrets. However, the fairytale was one of two young people that were guided through life by the wonderful support of their families and friends. The love and support needed to see these two young people through the rigors of higher education to the planning of such a beautiful celebration such as this one. The effort that Jessica and Ryan have already put into their lives, is without a doubt such a positive precursor to their future. We’re sure we’re just the newest members of a large club that expects great things out of this couple.

So yesterday a fellow photographer says, “my husband is leaving in two days for his National Guard duty for five months, can you do some family shots for us last minute”?  Of course, I’m a sucker for those folks that leave there families to protect and serve this country.  So here are some shots from our session.
